Welcome to Continuous Leo Development (CLD), this is one of the most successful and prominent Leo Club program in District 308 B2.  It was started in the year of 2000 and we just celebrated our 20th Anniversary last year.  My heartfelt thanks to all the delegates who appointed my humble self as the CLD Board Chairperson for the next three year (2021-2024) with my two capable key officers Secretary PDG Douglas Oh, Treasurer PDG William Lim and B.O.B members, we will work together to promote CLD to our future leaders Alpha Leos and Omega Leos.

The founder of this program is PCC Ong Tat Lien, PCC Allan Cheah, PDG Dato Dr. Foo Wan Kien and Late Lion Michael Leow from Penang Host.  20 years back, they had an idea to set up this program to let Leos of our district to have continuous program to educate and nurture them to be our future leaders.  Also not forget all the past chairpersons of CLD for their contributions.

This term we have a Dynamic Working Chairperson lead by District Chairperson Hng Chee Way and his hardworking working committees, together with the full support by District Governor Michel Yee and her District Governor team.  CLD will have another successful and fruitful year.
